  The owner Joe Jaghab really knows and cares about floors and floor coverings. He stocks quality products and will not steer you to something that is not appropriate (or too expensive) for what you really need.

  We have purchased from Joe for years for both a rental apartment and our home(s) and have never gotten the wrong product. Also, he has great relations with installers so the floor or carpet looks great when it's put in.
  .
  You can pay 10% less at one of the Lowe's or Home Depot, but you will not get a better floor for the money than you will get with Joe Jaghab

  Upon visit to a pleasant, local showroom with an enormous sample selection, I was assured their years of service proved their competency and the installer is one of the best. Order was placed and the house was painted; furnishings moved out and fully prepared to receive installation. The stated approximate 3-4 weeks to order carpet turned into 8 weeks. The installers whisked in, banging and dropping things; working frenetically for 2 days. I was asked for tape measures, ladders, nails, etc. for the job to be performed. When they left, my home was a total disaster with cut carpet pieces strewn about, furniture in total disarray, and upon reorganizing, the damage that was left to the newly painted rooms and permanent structure was revealed. Joe did not want to listen to my concerns and sent the installer back to fix numerous problems he identified. The poorly completed stairwell was re-installed and a dented wooden molding painted over to remedy the poor performance. The owner was more interested in fast-talking and pointing fingers to the installer and the installer to the owner than showing customer concern. A huge amount of money was spent on carpet for three small rooms and residual damage to my home. I would STRONGLY suggest you spend your hard earned dollars at a local business that really cares about the consumer.
