  I bought a Di Zhou 700 series for my daughter recently. I must say Bill is really professional and patient. He worked together with my daughter for hours to get her a right flute. Bill also provides excellent post sales service. My daughter and her teacher are very satisfied with the new flute. I definitely will come back to Bill in the future.

  Brought my daughter's flute to Bill. It was 4 years old and never properly cared for by the smaller music stores. Bill was exceptional not only in the full servicing of the instrument but in the education he gave both me and my daughter on the instrument, technique, care and flute societies. Highly recommend The Flute Loft. We'll be using him again and letting people know of his outstanding work.
