  I am satisfied with Dr Fox but it is very hard to make a follow up, their phone is constantly busy (all day Sept 7). Also, my son have not received the cream prescribed on Oct 25, the pharmacy had called their office several times to clarify the dosage but no one had called them back yet.
  Called again this morning, still busy, what is going on?
